PARTY FAQ's

Q: How early do parties need to be booked?

A: Party availability is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please book at least a month in advance to ensure your date is available.

Q: How do I book a party?

A: Parties are booked with the management team directly, via phone, email, or in-studio.

A party deposit (50% of party cost) is required to reserve the party date.

Q: Can I bring outside food to a party?

A: Outside food is not permitted for parties. You may bring a cake or cupcakes since TAA does not provide it.

Q: Can I reschedule my booked party?

A: Yes, parties can be cancelled or rescheduled based on facility availability. However, party deposits are non-refundable.

Q: What party themes are available?

A: All parties come with our standard theme - black and/or white table covers with multi-colored "Happy Birthday" and confetti, lime green/orange paper goods, and a generic balloon photo backdrop.

TAA has some custom themes available for an additional cost. 

Q: Can I have a custom theme for my party?

A: Yes!  You can bring in your own decorations for your party theme.  You can come in 15 minutes prior to your party to put up your decorations, or you can pay a $50 fee for TAA staff to put up your decorations. ALL of your decorations must be dropped off by the Monday prior to your party. Please see our list of prohibited decorations.

Q: Can I book additional time?

A: Additional time is not available as an add-on. Party durations are not to exceed 2 hours in total.

A credit card must be kept on file in order to book a party, and parties that are unable to transition in their allotted time will be billed a late fee of $25.

THE ADAPTIVE ATHLETE HAS SPACE AVAILABLE FOR HOURLY, DAILY AND EXTENDED RENTALS. AVAILABLE SPACES INLCUDE CONFERENCE ROOMS, A PRO A PROJECTOR ROOM, OFFICE SPACE, ACTIVITIES ROOMS AND MORE.
