CIRCUIT TRAINING

Circuit Training classes are performed in a group setting to target weight control, proficient movement patterns, strength & conditioning, endurance, balance, coordination, injury prevention, performance enhancement, and functional fitness. 

Classes are offered Tuesdays & Thursdays 6-7am or 10-11am.

$18 - 1 session

$60 - 4-pack of sessions

$100 - 8-pack of sessions
