PARTY RULES

A WAIVER MUST BE COMPLETED BY A PARENT/GUARDIAN FOR EACH PARTICIPANT

Guests will NOT be able to participate in activities without a signed waiver. 

A client portal can be completed online beforehand in lieu of a paper waiver the day of.

LATE TRANSITIONS WILL RESULT IN A FEE

Due to multiple parties and events scheduled on the same day, parties MUST arrive and depart on time.

Parties that do not depart on time will be charged a late transition fee.

If your party is scheduled 1:00-3:00pm, you can arrive no earlier than 12:45pm and must depart by 3pm to avoid a late transition fee.

All guests and decorations must exit the facility by your scheduled end time.

PER HEAD CHARGES OVER PARTY COUNT

You can add additional party guests when booking your party.

Any guests over the number booked, will result in a $25 per person charge.

GOODIE BAGS GUIDELINES

Goodie bags for attending guests may only be passed out on the way out.

This prevents anything from being left behind.

​

PRESENTS ARE NOT OPENED AT OUR FACILITY.

Presents are collected on a facility-provided cart and TAA staff can assist in taking them out to the car.

Presents may not be opened at the party to prevent anything from being left behind.

PROHIBITED DECORATIONS

Confetti, snow, loose glitter, poppers, slime, etc.

Q: HOW EARLY DO PARTIES NEED TO BE BOOKED?

A: Party availability is on a first come, first serve basis. The sooner you book the better.

Q: HOW DO I BOOK A PARTY?

A: Parties can be booked online through your client portal or with TAA Management Staff at the Front Desk.

​

Q: CAN I BRING OUTSIDE FOOD TO A PARTY?

A: A cake or cupcakes are allowed. Any other outside food is not permitted.

​

Q: CAN I RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL MY BOOKED PARTY?

A: Parties can be cancelled at any time. Rescheduling is dependent upon facility availability and staffing. However, party deposits are non-refundable.

​

Q: CAN I BRING MY OWN DECORATIONS FOR THE PARTY?

A: You can bring your own decorations in for a custom party theme. You can decorate the party room while guests are participating in gymnastics free play, or you can select "Custom Theme Staff Set-Up" as an add-on for staff to put your decorations up prior to your arrival.
