Semi-Private Sessions are done in a small group setting. Athletes can complete the same workout or be targeting different individualized goals while in proximity to others.
Sessions are taught by instructors that are trained to present physical activity principles while considering all aspects of physical cognitive and adaptive domains.
Athletes work 1:1 with an instructor trained to handle behaviors and provide functional assistance, in addition to creating fitness programs.
Programs target various fitness principles and are individualized according to levels of physical, cognitive and adaptive functioning.
