PERSONAL TRAINING

Private sessions for personal training are great for rehabilitating an injury, individualized injury prevention, sports performance enhancement, sport-specific training, weight loss, corrective exercise, and more!

$30 annual registration fee

30 - Minute Sessions 1xWeek: $172 monthly

(includes 4 sessions)*tuition adjusted for months with 5 weeks

60 - Minute Sessions 1xWeek: $276 monthly

(includes 4 sessions)*tuition adjusted for months with 5 weeks

POWER HOUR

Get in shape & feel great!

Drop into Power Hour for 60 minutes of fitness equipment access and a suggested workout that targets building strength and burning fat.

CIRCUIT TRAINING BOOTCAMP

Circuit Training classes are performed in a group setting to target weight control, proficient movement patterns, strength & conditioning, endurance, balance, coordination, mobility, injury prevention, performance enhancement, and functional fitness. 

Circuits: Monday - Thursday & Saturday 10:00 - 11:00am

Circuits: Monday - Thursday 3:00 - 4:00pm

$20 drop-in

$130 monthly unlimited

PRE-TEEN FITNESS

Ages 8 - 12 years

$64 monthly *tuition adjusted for months that have 5 weeks of classes

Pre-teens participate in group fitness classes, targeting fitness, fun & social skills. Our Pre-teens work through circuits to facilitate strength, endurance, balance, coordination, mobility, sensory, optimal movement patterns, agility, sportsmanship, game strategy & MORE!
