Adaptive Pre-Teen Fitness

Pre-teens participate in group fitness classes. targeting fitness, fun & social skills. Our Pre-teens work through circuits to facilitate strength, endurance, balance, coordination, mobility, sensory, optimal movement patterns, agility, sportsmanship, game strategy & MORE!

Fee: $80

Kids Fitness Class

In this group class, children will participate in fitness activities and games designed to promote physical fitness, improve coordination, and boost self-confidence.

Fee: $100

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)

In this dynamic session, participants engage in short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief recovery periods, maximizing calorie burn and cardiovascular benefits. Led by certified instructors, our HIIT class combines a variety of exercises, including bodyweight movements and cardio intervals, to cater to all fitness levels.
