We offer different fitness classes for all ages and abilities.

Please contact us if you are not sure which class would be the best fit for you or your athlete(s).

Adaptive Classes are not visible through the client portal.

PRIVATE FITNESS SESSIONS

Athletes work 1:1 with an instructor trained to handle behaviors and provide functional assistance, in addition to creating fitness programs. 

Programs target various fitness principles and are individualized according to levels of physical, cognitive and adaptive functioning. All exercises and activities facilitate functional independence directed toward social, personal and physical habilitation or rehabilitation.

Get in shape & feel great!

Drop into Power Hour for 60 minutes of fitness equipment access and a suggested workout that targets building strength and burning fat.

CIRCUIT TRAINING BOOTCAMP

Circuit Training classes are performed in a group setting to target weight control, proficient movement patterns, strength & conditioning, endurance, balance, coordination, mobility, injury prevention, performance enhancement, and functional fitness. 

Circuits: Monday - Friday 10:00 - 11:00am

Circuits: Monday - Thursday 3:00 - 4:00pm & Saturday 10:00 - 11:00am

SILVER FIT

Age 55+

50 minutes of fitness and fun, targeting strength, stability, balance, coordination, mobility, and functional fitness.

All levels of fitness are welcome! Exercises can be modified and progressed to any skill level.

Mondays/Wednesdays 9:30-10:20am and 10:30-11:20am

$20: 1 session

PRE-TEEN FITNESS

Ages 9 - 12 years

Pre-teens participate in group fitness classes, targeting fitness, fun & social skills. Our Pre-teens work through circuits to facilitate strength, endurance, balance, coordination, mobility, sensory, optimal movement patterns, agility, sportsmanship, game strategy & MORE!

ADAPTIVE GROUP FITNESS
Groups

Group fitness classes teach physical activity principles according to abilities across physical, cognitive and adaptive levels of functioning. Small groups include up to 3 - 4 athletes, and groups include 5 - 6 athletes, typically with one instructor. 

Individualized modifications and progressions are made instantly to cater to anyone in the class. Exercises and activities facilitate functional independence directed toward social, personal, and physical habilitation or rehabilitation. Classes are 60 minutes in duration.

*Adaptive group placement requires an initial assessment to ensure all athletes are placed appropriately

ADAPTIVE BASKETBALL

Adaptive Basketball for Teens & Adults with adaptive needs.

Athletes will work on fundamental basketball skills - dribbling with one hand, alternating-hand dribbling, shooting, passing, defense, rebounding, foot movement, small scrimmages, strategy, teamwork, and sportsmanship.
