Mini Ninjas is the ultimate adventure for kids ages 4-6! In this action-packed 45-minute class, little ninjas build strength, balance, and coordination as they conquer exciting obstacles and challenges. With a focus on fun, safety, and independence, your child will thrive in a dynamic environment designed to keep them moving and engaged!

Class Duration: 60 minutes

Ages 6-12

Kids Ninja classes combine speed, agility, fundamental gymnastics, introductory martial arts, and parkour. Ninjas will run, jump, and tumble through obstacle courses, trampoline work, tumbling stations, and more! For ages 6-12. Ages 7-14

Athletes will master fundamental volleyball skills and essential gameplay techniques. Skill-focused drills are designed to enhance hand-eye coordination, speed, and agility, ensuring players build a solid athletic foundation. Participants will also develop teamwork and interpersonal social skills, fostering confidence on and off the court. During this class athlete's will be exposed to:

  • Serving: Learning both underhand and overhand serves to initiate play.
  • Passing: Developing forearm passing (bumping) techniques for controlled ball handling.
  • Setting: Practicing accurate overhead sets to assist teammates in scoring.
  • Hitting (Spiking): Basic techniques for powerful and strategic offensive plays.
