Summer Camp General Information
Our Summer Camp offers a fun, engaging, and active environment where kids can build confidence, make friends, and stay moving all summer long. Each day is filled with a variety of structured activities designed to keep campers excited, supported, and having fun. Please keep in mind the following information regarding The Adaptive Athlete Summer Camps:
- Ages: 5 - 12
- Who this camp is for:
- Campers who are able to participate in group activities independently
- Campers who are fully potty-trained
- Schedule: Monday - Thursday
- Dates: June 8th - August 13th
- Registration Window:
- Camp days must be booked at least one week in advance of your desired date
- Pricing:
- $70 per day, $280 per week
Members and non-members are welcome to enroll! A one-time, non-refundable $30 registration fee per child will be applied for all non-member enrollments.
Weekly Reminders
To help camp run smoothly, please review the following reminders:
- Drop-Off: 8:30 AM
- Pick-Up: 1:00 PM (Monday - Thursday)
- There is a 15-minute drop-off cut-off. Late arrivals will not be accommodated and no refund will be issued
- Cancellations:
- No refunds or credits for same day cancellations
- If The Adaptive Athlete cancels due to low enrollment, a 100% refund will be issued
- Food:
- Please pack a snack and lunch daily
- NO NUT PRODUCTS
- No food that requires heating in a microwave
- What to bring:
- Water bottle (no glass water bottles - we have a water refill station in the gym)

Camp Attire
Campers should arrive dressed and ready to move, play, and participate in a variety of activities throughout the day. Please make sure clothing is comfortable, allows for full movement, and can get a little messy. Attire should include:
- Backpack and lunch labeled with first and last name
- Athletic/fitness clothes or clothes that are well-loved (we stay active and may get messy)
- Closed-toe shoes
- Longer hair should be tied back
- Optional: light jacket or sweatshirt for cooler mornings indoors

Refunds & Cancellations
Please review our policy carefully before registering for camp:
- No refunds, cancellations, or prorating once a camp day or week has been purchased
- Cancellations made more than one week in advance will receive a credit (minus any registration fees)
- Credits are only valid for 2026 summer camp and cannot be used toward regular classes
- Schedule changes:
- Requests to switch camp days are subject to availability
- A $30 change fee will apply to any approved schedule changes
- Late Pick-Up Fee:
- Late pickups after 1:00 PM will be charged at $25.00 per child for each 30-minute increment
The Adaptive Athlete reserves the right to modify or change the camp schedule at any time.
How To Register
Registering for camp is quick and easy through our portal. Please follow these steps to secure your child's spot:
- Log in to your existing client portal, or create a client portal if you do not already have one.
- Go to the Bookings page.
- Click on Summer Camp.
- Select the child(ren) you would like to enroll.
- Find the day(s)/week(s) you'd like to register for and click Submit Request.
- Answer the general questions for registration.
- Choose the block(s) you would like to register for and click Add to Cart.
- A registration request will be sent to The Adaptive Athlete.
- You will receive the Summer Camp Policy Waivers to review and sign.
- The Adaptive Athlete will approve or deny the request. Once approved, your card on file will be charged.
Note: We have 25 spots available each day, so be sure to register early to secure your child's place.

Anti-Bullying Policy
At The Adaptive Athlete, we are committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all campers. Bullying of any kind will not be tolerated.
- Zero-Tolerance Policy:
- Bullying, including physical, verbal, social, or emotional behavior that is intended to harm, intimidate, or exclude others, is not permitted.
- Expectations:
- Campers are expected to treat peers and staff with kindness, respect, and inclusion at all times.
- If Bullying Occurs:
- Staff will intervene immediately to ensure the safety of all campers
- Incidents will be addressed on a case-by-case basis
- Parents/guardians will be notified as needed
- Ongoing Behavior:
- Continued or sever behavior may result in removal from camp at the discretion of The Adaptive Athlete.
Our goal is to provide a positive environment where every camper feels safe, supported, and able to participate fully.
