Kids Zumba

Ages 6 - 11
Kids Zumba for ages 5–10 is an energetic, fun-filled introduction to dance and movement! In this 45-minute instructor-led class, athletes groove to upbeat music while building coordination, confidence, and a love for staying active in a supportive group environment. Watch your child light up as they move, learn new routines, and express themselves through music and movement!
These skills are included but not limited to:
- Following direction of the instructor, participating in group routines, and engaging safely in a structured class setting.
- Basic dance steps and rhythms
- Coordination and balance

Adult Zumba
Class Duration: 45 minutes
Ages 18+
Adult Zumba is a high-energy, full-body workout designed to make fitness fun! In this 60-minute instructor-led class, participants follow easy-to-learn dance routines set to upbeat music while improving cardiovascular health, coordination, and overall endurance. Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned participant, this class offers a supportive and motivating environment for all levels.
